Use With Intention

When feeling swept away by overwhelming emotions, add 2-3 drops of Reassure to a tissue and slowly inhale to feel grounded and centered.

Diffuse Reassure in a quiet and peaceful space to settle the mind and open the heart to processing intense emotions.

Dilute 6 drops of Reassure with 2 teaspoons of your favorite carrier oil and add to a bath to encourage mental and emotional rest. (Approx 3% dilution)
