Black spruce essential oil is suitable for use on children. For children between ages 2-4, we recommend a dilution of 1% to massage on the chest or back for congestion. This equals 1 drop per teaspoon of carrier oil. For children age 5 and older, black spruce can be diluted to 2% . This equals 2 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil.
